Another really good game mathematics resource, but this one comes with a lot of great source code such as a full on maths library.

Real-Time Collision Detection (The Morgan Kaufmann Series in Interactive 3-D Technology)This is a fantastic book that will serve extremely well as your reference for all things Collision Detection related. It also comes with some other interesting chapters dealing with floating point robustness, low level optimization and Collision Detection techniques on the GPU.
